Services Offered Under the Program

There are very few restrictions on the types of home improvements and upgrades that we will cover under this program.  Every scenario, property and MARKET is unique, so we do not put limitations on your potential to maximize your profit!

Full Remodels

We include even the most extensive remodels, including structural changes that will yield high returns on your investment.  Kitchens and bathrooms, in particular, often prove to be the most challenging, which are also the two of the most important and valuable areas of your home!

Cosmetic Updates

Even small, cosmetic changes can make a huge difference in a home and add the most value!  Updates such as, but not limited to, replacing countertops, flooring, landscaping or interior & external paint can go a long way!

Restoration & Repairs

If any of the systems - such as the roof, HVAC, electrical & plumbing, etc. - in the home are at the end of their useful life, it might be worth repairing or replacing them before you sell.  It is not uncommon for buyers to overestimate the cost of repairs, so you may avoid overpaying later on inspection items & repair requests.

How the Program Works


Conduct a Market Prep Consultation

After you hire my brokerage to sell your home, I will meet with you for a Market Prep Consultation where we will explore your home's post-renovation market value, identify what work is needed and develop a renovation budget.

Prepare Design Concept & Hire Vendors & Tradespeople

I will develop a design concept (if required for more extensive remodels), source & procure materials & finishes, color palettes and finally source & contract qualified vendors & tradespeople.  I will oversee your construction project so you have no added stress or overwhelm!

When Project is Complete, Home Goes on the Market

When your home improvement project is complete, we will style & stage the property, develop marketing materials find you a high-paying buyer and never leave your side throughout your transaction.

You Pay for Design & Construction Services

You pay for all Design & Construction services out of the net proceeds of your sale directly at Close of Escrow, within 5 days of your Listing Agreement terminating through any means or 12 months after the execution of your Pre-Sale Renovation Assistance agreement, whichever comes first.
